Stocking Up, was one of the first preserving cookbooks that I bought for myself many, many years ago.  You’ll find the basics for canning, freezing, and dehydrating for fruits, vegetables and herbs.  You’ll also find information on underground storage, juicing, meat processing, dairy, making cheeses, grains, and sprouting.  Lots of wonderful recipes.  A good all-around home food processing and preserving cookbook.
